Test the Balham working assumptions

Approved investors can examine how movements in sales values, build costs and finance affect the scheme economics.

Why no −15% sales preset? The current Balham reports do not quantify that fall. A 15% reduction would be an extreme user-selected case, not the documented house view.

Agent evidence

Market view

The March 2026 report describes Balham values as resilient and current pricing as comparable-led. It does not prescribe a percentage haircut.

User assumption

Stress settings

−2% and −5% sales cases are discussion tests only. Before live release, the current 52-home scheme needs an updated unit-by-unit agent pricing schedule and adviser approval.

This prototype separates source evidence from investor-selected assumptions. It does not calculate an investor’s AMC return, priority of payment or capital recovery; those depend on the final legal terms and funding structure.
